Welcome to Baby Sleep Tracker – LullaBaby, a baby sleep-tracking application operated by Ashenvale Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Baby Sleep Tracker – LullaBaby mobile application, including all features such as the AI Sleep Coach, recommendations, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, accessing, or using Baby Sleep Tracker – LullaBaby, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service on behalf of a child.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

2. Purpose of the Service

Baby Sleep Tracker – LullaBaby is designed to help parents and caregivers:

  • Track a baby's sleep and wake cycles.
  • Receive nap and bedtime suggestions based on age.
  • Interact with an AI assistant ("AI Sleep Coach") for general guidance.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful and personal purposes.
  • Provide accurate information (such as your child's age) for proper recommendations.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
  • Not misuse the Service (e.g., uploading harmful or illegal content, attempting to reverse-engineer the app).

4. Accounts & Registration

  • Some features may require creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI Sleep Coach

  • The AI Sleep Coach provides general, non-medical suggestions about baby sleep habits.
  • Responses are informational only and should not be relied upon as medical or safety advice.
  • You acknowledge that recommendations may not always be accurate or suitable for your child.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features may be offered under a free or paid subscription model.
  • Subscription pricing, billing, and renewal terms will be disclosed in the app store listing at the time of purchase.
  • All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their payment and refund policies.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your data.
  • By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including the AI Sleep Coach, software, content, logos, and designs, is owned by Ashenvale Labs LLC.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (where Ashenvale Labs LLC is registered), without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts located in Delaware, unless prohibited by applicable law.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
